Procedures that govern day to day management of the club.
Changes are approved by the current Board of Directors. |

Notice:
In November 2019
the Membership voted to make the changes summarized below.
The Club By-laws and Procedures have been updated to reflect
those changes.
Summary:
(1) Collect a one-time
Dues payment of $90 in May-June, 2020. This covers 18
months of membership. (July2020 thru December 2021)
(2) Move the annual Dues collection period from late Spring
to November & December, starting in 2021.
(3) Move the membership year from July-June to
January-December.
(4) Move elections of new Board of
Directors from May to January
(5) Install newly elected
officers in May (same as current policy)
(4) Move the Annual meeting
from May to January
