NOMINATING
COMMITTEE |
The nominating committee shall consist of five
(5) members. The president shall appoint the Chairman and one (1)
member of the committee. The Chairman of the committee shall appoint the
three (3) members from the General Membership. The mission of this
committee is to develop a list of willing and capable men willing to be
nominated for the soon to be vacant club positions. The
committee is established in the fall of each year. Elections are held
at the following January General meeting. New officers and
chairmen are installed at the May General meeting. |

HOSPITALITY
COMMITTEE |
This is a group of men who arrive early before
the General Meeting and set up the meeting room They make the
coffee and set up the refreshments, 50/50 table and Club apparel sales,
nametag pickup, copies of the current newsletter, etc. After the
meeting they break down and cleanup. |

EAGLE EYE
COMMITTEE |
This committee reviews the Newsletter and Flyers each month the
week before publication. |
