Option 1: JOIN THE CLUB using your CREDIT CARD (Paperless!) | |
1 | Membership requirement: You must be a resident of Marco Island, the Isles of Capri or Goodland. |
2 | You must provide a scan or
copy of
ONE
of the following Florida documents
showing an address in one of the communities above in Item1: 1) Property Tax Receipt 2) Drivers license 3) Voter Registration Card. Attach the scan of ONE of these documents to an email and send to the Membership Chairman at: mmc.Memb.Chmn@gmail.com Please sign the email with the name you are known as. (i.e. perhaps Bill instead of William). We're a social club! If you are unable to scan and email your verification you may photocopy it and snail mail it to this address: Marco Men's Club Membership Chairman P.O. Box 5035 Marco Island, FL 34146-5035 (not 34145, please) (Snail mail verification of new membership may take up to 4 weeks) |

our bank's website and pay your $60 fee with your VISA or
MasterCard. It's important that you fill out all the
appropriate information requested. Use the name you are
known as (Perhaps 'Bob' instead of 'Robert'). When
you submit your application & payment below your information will be sent
to the Membership Chairman for approval. Click or Scan If for any reason (unlikely) your application is not accepted you will be issued a full refund promptly by our Treasurer. The MMC does not store or have access to your credit card information. |
4 | You will receive an immediate acknowledgement from our bank that your payment has been accepted. A receipt will be sent to your email address. Please save. Your credit card statement will show a payment to "MARCO MEN'S CLUB". After your request has been approved you will receive a welcome email from our President and a name tag will be ordered for you. The membership Chairman will enter your information into the Club's Membership database. The Communications Chairman will add you and your spouse's email addresses to the distribution list for Broadcast emails (we call 'em eBlasts!). |
